Whats happening at CrossFit BX in 2015. Well Team, We are ramping up our training for 2015. We will be conducting Pre-testing for the next five days commencing on the 5th January, followed by Cycle 1 that will last for 40 days , so you will need all your numbers from test week for Cycle 1, you will need to be on your game for this and hit every single test piece during the week. We will be setting a solid foundation for our gymnastic work for 2015, so get ready to be cosy with some of the movements. In addition to this, we will also be varying the volume so that you will be able to handle different volumes comfortably, so be ready to be cozy with the barbell also during Cycle 1. Each athlete will need to keep and enter their individual time/score/reps each time, as this will be the essence of your progression during weekly matches of time/score/reps. Next, dont play catch up, you will need to be on your game and attend at least 3-4 days a week to benefit from the cycle.
