Whats in YOUR wallet?? Just finished a frustrating 3 way conversation with a rep from a certain credit card co with the above slogan. Trying to get a client approved and he has a couple old minor credit issues which are preventing an approval in the system. This client had 1 30 day late 3.5 yrs ago! Otherwise has a perfect 10 yr history with this acct. However, vendor refused to allow for a one-time courtesy removal, citing the dreaded Its against our policy clause, even tho we explained that it was keeping him from a mortgage approval. Rep said, We cant. I said, you CAN, you just wont! I know, bc Ive gotten one-time courtesy removals in the past. Cant imagine why theyd refuse this request. Maybe Alec Baldwin would have to take a pay-cut. Maybe the Viking horde would jump ship and join forces with the Dont leave home without it tribe, or the Card that pays you back clan. Funniest part was when she told my client, whom she refuses to help get a mortgage, and I to Have a wonderful day!
