If you have a houseful of ratty, tired kids and parents, try music. The regular beat helps everyone get in the same rhythm and feel better. I do it all the time in my family. One of my favourites for this is Sacred Earth Drumming. The strong rhythms tend to work a treat to help everyone get in sync.
