Whats on my mind!?! This is the epitomy of my philosophies! baslerturbo/production-time-lapse-video.html Too many times, we discard something weve experienced, for something new! We (USA) gotta have the latest and greatest! We overlook existing technologies, or philosophies and gravitate towards what is CURRENT! DUMB, DUMB, DUMB! Maximize what you already have, BEFORE MOVING ON! Basler researched newer planes, and determined that it was more economical, to rebuild the Douglas DC-3! He improved it so much, it is expected to last ANOTHER 50 YEARS, before retirement! The DC-3 is STILL in service, all over the world! Its been in service since 1935! Thats 79 YEARS! Do you know, they fly the BT-67 (Baslers refitted DC-3) to the SOUTH POLE!?! The harshest of conditions! The DC-3 can handle the ROUGHEST of landing conditions! AWESOME, it is and always WILL BE one of the most AWESOME planes, ever made! Sometimes thinking outside the box, is just what we need. Unfortunately, that is exactly what we do...TOO OFTEN! That shouldnt be our default method, it should be our BACK-UP! Thinking INSIDE THE BOX is one of the greatest gifts God has given us! HERES THE PROOF: Necessity is the mother of all invention! When we are forced to think INSIDE the box, we have to be more creative, to fill the need! Theres nothing wrong with dreaming! Before implementing something COMPLETELY NEW, explore ALL possibilities!
