Whats on my mind? Yet another instance of rudeness and bad service. I made a 3pm reservation for Farwest Taxi to pick Meg up to go to the airport. At 3 no taxi. I called Farwest, to ask where the taxi was. The response was its just around the corner. I asked where exactly just around the corner was. the dispatcher hung up on me. I called back, got the same dispatcher. Told him I was the guy he just hung up on, and asked to speak with the shift supervisor. He hung up on me again. A third call got me a different dispatcher and then the shift manager. Made my complaint and told them theyd lost my future business. Taxi arrived at 320pm, more than 10 minutes after it was just around the corner. Farwest Taxi: Rude, late and unresponsive.
