Whats the ONE healthy habit you can be sure to do everyday, even if your day is busy or its a special occasion (like Christmas!) and your routine is off-schedule? Its always better to simply stick with the easy stuff consistently, then give it up entirely for a period of time, hoping to get back on track later. Pick 3 habits that are DO-able over the holidays so that you can stay on track (even if a lot of things are off) - those consistent behaviours influence you more than you know! What will your Simple Strategies be? Some suggestions: - drink 2-3L of water everyday - take a daily leisure walk for fresh air and stress-reduction - keep a veggie tray in the fridge for easy snacks - eat breakfast - keep a protein shake on hand to deter hunger and cravings - get to bed on time and keep a consistent wake up time Feel free to share yours below!
