Whats the deal with drivers that roll along at 70-80 km/h on single lane HIGHWAYS (100km zone) and then speed up to 100km+ when an overtaking lane appears forcing the frustrated motorists following to exceed the limit to overtake them and then..... when the overtaking lane ends...... Theyre back to 70-80km/h again. Funny how sometimes there is a speed camera within the overtaking lane area. Do these drivers work for the Victorian Government as revenue collectors? Hmmmm.
