Whats the event line up for today? No events??? I loved Summerfest this year. Got my schedule, highlighted all the things I wanted to see and participate in and then had a great time roaming around and taking it all in. What great weather!! Yoga at the marina got Saturday and Sunday off to a great start. Wandered up to the patio for a delicious Maven Catered buffet breakfast - both mornings!!!. Really enjoyed the Abrams Brothers music. And the Searsons. James Hill was wonderful as were the Fender Benders & LAmore and our local groups Heavy Runoff with Kurt Penney - an amazing local talented musician and enjoyed Rosettas singing with Beaver Tales. Her voice just keeps getting stronger and more diverse. A shout-out to Benjis Consent and of course the main act - John MacDonald playing on the main stage. Okay so he busked in the venders corner. If you missed him, you missed a great show. Totally awesome on Sunday afternoon. Saw birds of prey, colourful cars and tricky horses, drank beer AND wine and had not one but two Tim Hortons chocolate ice creams. I think I done good.
