Whats the one part of your body thats the hardest to strengthen?? Me? My abs! I think thats the case for most women!! But wait YOU can do it!! Having a strong core is so important cause its the connection between your lower and upper body. My hard work of eating clean , strength training 3xs a week, & cardio 5 to 6 xs per week is finally starting to pay off!! Its takes persistence, focus, & dedication!
