Whats the point in saying yes to new powers granted to us by Westminster and No to FULL powers in our own hands - just remember Westminster CAN dissolve our Scottish Parliament as quick as it was given to us! These changes they are promising - several MPs have spoken out saying they will block them! UKIP could also use this as a campaign policy - Scotland bottled it ha ha, lets take their powers off them! This is a simple YES or NO - no going back when the decision is made. If its a NO we will never have this opportunity again in our lifetime. Im not prepared to take any chances with false empty promises - really we would have NO power as Westminster would still hold ALL the power. Why would we want that?!
