Whats the point of a job having a open door policy if u push your employees away, I brought a concern to almost every member of management at Walmart, this CSS, is really trying me, Im on my last coaching until July, then one will go away, and if I get another I can lose my job, and this dude is really provoking me and I went to everyone because Jamel does not have the best attitude, so I went to my shift manager and she has the nerve to tell me, thats not important to me, u need to clock in and get to work, Ahhhh wheres the concern for your employees, is this how a job show there employee they we are concern about u!!
