Whats the script with all this save the panda mumbo jumbo thats goin on? Why not give some attention and effort to animals that deserve all the resources, time, money and effort going into them. The panda is going extinct due to natural causes, theyre just not mating, their habitat isnt bein encroached on by humans, they have an abundance of food, their extinction is bein brought upon by themselves. How about paying a little bit of interest into the lives of tigers, or rhinos for example? Their decrease in numbers is a direct result of human, both from poaching and urban sprawl, encroaching on their land. I bet if these animals were cute and cuddly and didnt have the capacity to inflict any harm on humans they would get the same treatment. The reason they use their capacity to inflict damage onto humans, is as a direct result from humans. Or how about the bee, responsible for more than 1/3 of every organic food eaten by humans? Shouldnt they be gettin a little bit of the worlds attention? I guess its easier to eat genetically modified shite and live on a planet with no colour, no flowers and no fruit!
