You sign up; you fill out a long survey about your style, your needs, your budget; you pay a $20 styling fee; and Stitch Fix sends you a box with 5 items. You try them on at home, mix and match with your own clothes/shoes/accessories and decide whether to keep them or send them back. Your $20 styling fee is a credit towards any purchase from that fix. Love all five items and decide to keep them and you get a 25% discount. You give feedback on all your pieces and extra comments for your next fix. Fixes can be as frequent as once a month or as infrequent as you like.
