Today was a pretty good ( As they should all be ) Ive make a little video for you guys, to show what I actually do for my #WarmUp for chest - Barbell incline presses I increase weight as the set comes up. - Dumbell pull over DonT go too far, stretch until you dont see the dumbell anymore and do not use heavy weights on this. Remember its only a warm up ( Blood activation ) - 3rd exercise is for posture, get my middle traps and other muscle stronger and avoid injury during the session.
