I know most of you are in Pakistan which means online banking is unreliable, pirating music is the norm and many of you are unable to support my career financially. Despite this, even though corporations are the only way for artists to really make money in this environment, Ive rejected that path just to stay true to my sound and globalize my art as much as I can independently, even without YouTube - so you can imagine that its been a battle and a half for the past 2 years. Being an independent musician is expensive and requires hours upon hours of dedicated focus every day. Im not the rapper who earns money and blows it on stupid shit. My art is everything to me and pretty much everything I make gets reinvested into my music, my videos and other related projects.
