Whats your Excuse? Yes I almost fell down once or twice from tripping over the kids but I GOT IT DONE! I think I even got a better ab workout from laughing so much Sometimes my day gets away from me and I dont fit my workout in until late...sometimes my Husband works late and isnt home to entertain/distract the littles while I get my sweat on...this day was BOTH of those things! I could have given myself a pass or rest day...but NO! The cool thing about my workout is I do them at home, great thing is they only take 25min to drench me with sweat and get my body burning, the AWESOME thing is they are so much FUN even my kids want to push play too!! So tonight WE got it DONE!!
