What’s Next? I am grateful to God, and my father to have had the opportunity to have participated in the NPC Florida State Open/Masters Bodybuilding, Fitness, & Figure Championship. Boy, what an exciting experience that was for me to meet and learn from some of the “Best of the Best” fitness & wellness trainers in the United States. I am proud to say I took home two (2) second place trophies in the categories of: Novice (first time ever competing) & Masters Figure over 50 (I am age 57 years + 9 months). I have never been so excited in my life, striving for better health, wellness and fitness. Many have asked me the following questions: • What are you doing? • How do you do it? • What foods do you eat? • What’s your meal plan? • How often do you eat? • Why don’t you believe in diets? • How do you stay in shape? • What are the exercises you do? • What nutritional supplements do you take? • Do you need a trainer to get results? • How often do you workout? • Do you see a physical therapist? • How do you manage pain, while striving for better health & wellness? • Do you have a cheat day? • How do you balance your life? • What type of commitment is involved? • Can this type of training and eating truly become a lifestyle? • How do can one workout with a disability, (i.e., back pain, diabetes, and other chronic health conditions? I answer these questions and much, much more in my upcoming Health, Wellness & Fitness book --- Coming Spring 2015. Remember, no matter what your age, health and physical condition, you can learn ways to improve your health by taking it “One-Day-At-A-Time.” And remember, there is no quick fix when it comes to your health!
