What’s the No. 1 problem area for most Americans? Yep – belly bulge! Well, here’s a fantastic move to help you torch pesky belly fat. This exercise will strengthen your inner core, glutes and shoulders. It also builds deep muscles in your lower back. You’ll need a bit of balance to perform this move. Are you ready? Let’s do it! Step 1: Kneel on a mat on all fours with your knees hip-width apart, your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and your fingers pointing forward. Step 2: Keeping your head up, exhale and simultaneously lift and extend your left arm and your right leg. Keep your back straight and abs tight throughout the move. Step 3: When your arm and thigh are parallel to the floor, hold for a count of 3. Step 4: Inhale as you lower them back to the starting position. Step 5: Repeat with the opposite arm and leg. Step 6: Continue to switch sides until you have completed one set on each side.
