When 3 people died in Ukraine riot the president was forced to resign by the world, 20,000 civilians got killed in South Sudan capital under supervision of Presidential Guards, Its disturbing to still hear other people call President Kiir Legitimate. Uganda Government want to clean its hands after their president spoke out that there was No Coup in South Sudan. Peace will not be possible in South Sudan if the bottom of the problem is not address, by addressing it then a foundation for reconciliation can be created.
