When Affordable Care Act passed they promised that illegal immigrants would not be covered. Unfortunately like all other lies this seems to be just another fairyland lie However as of today Illegal immigrants are being encouraged to sign up and have been given the promise by the obama administration that those who do will not have their information of civilian status used against them. In fact Employers who do hire illegal immigrants will not have those people count as part of the 50 or more employees rule when employers must offer insurance. Therefore giving employers a great option of hiring illegals because according to the AHA they dont count. Illegal immigrants are already under the radar of not having to pay the tax penalty for not having insurance and they are being urged to sign up with the Government promising to not use pursue the privacy issue of immigration status, claiming that the only verification for acceptance is income verification? That pretty much sets up small and large businesses with the acceptance of hiring more illegals in my opinion. That is 30+ million illegal immigrants that now qualify for insurance under this administrations plan with no threat of being deported or called out for what they are.. Thats 30 million votes for the progressives next election! ............................. ICE claims that information provided by individuals seeking health coverage under a qualified health coverage or through and insurance affordability program, not be used as immigration enforcement or removal (deportation) purposes! with this new enlightenment, special interest groups, are now using this to sign people up without fear. Unfortunately for us True blue hard working Americans, we have to open our life up to government extrusion, disclose every aspect of our lives, give open access to our bank accounts for the government taking, pay our tax penalties, and all other taxes that come with being a legal U.S. citizen and basically get screwed three ways to Sunday... but if you are here illegally you dont have to do any of that including obey the laws..... So have no fear........ Obama is here to save the day!! *** I am Agent99 and I am so tired of this double standard**
