When Eclipse Theatre Company announced that thier 2014 season was devoted to Lynn Nottage, I gasped. When I found out that RUINED would open the season, my jaw was on the floor. Since November, countless heartbreaking documentaries, articles, films, books, and its incredible to know that only 5 weeks ago we began this journey. I cannot stress enough how important and beautiful this story is. I thank God every day, and Im so incredibly honored/moved/changed being involved in this production, helping tell this story. To the cast, crew, and Aaron Todd Douglas, I love you all!!! I will remember this journey for the rest of my life! To the people of the Congo, you are seen, you have been heard, and we love you.
