When Foreign Affairs puts out an article like this, admitting that the West is to be held very responsible for the turbulence and possible global conflagration involving Russia and whatsoever nations find it strategically beneficial to align and fight alongside it, against Western Civilization, We can finally take heart. Hopefully. This journal is nearly, but not quite, notorious for pronouncing the opinion of the ruling establishment, and an outgrowth of the Council of Foreign Relations, which is the central-most, core consortium of Americas oligarchical leaders and the cronies Who ride Their coattails.
