When GLB travels, we like to visit other pioneers of the Craft Brewing world. Our Marketing Director recently paid a visit to Colorados first Craft Brewery, Boulder Beer Co. Armed with interesting beers and marketing, a 50bbl brewhouse, a 120 bottle/min bottling line, a barrel-aging program, and a brewmaster ready to push the boundaries, they are killing it in the Colorado and national scene. After 35 years in the business, one of their newest brews, Shake Chocolate Porter, has received such strong reviews theyve invested in a 300bbl fermentor dedicated to it. So cool to see a great brewery continuing to innovate and inspire.
