When I am knocking on doors, this is one of the education issues that comes up most often. While it will not solve all teen sleep problems, it seems like a good idea to me and Montgomery County Public School should start looking closely at how to implement it, including coordination of buses and after-school activities. An implementation plan is an important part of assessing whether it should be done. What do you think?
