When I am sick , This whole world seems to be very bad place . When I am in love with someone then everything seems to be good , the whole world looks beautiful . When I am restless within myself everything outside is un manageable , When I am in peace even difficult task could be handled easily . So it can be concluded the world is nothing for me , it is what I feel inside makes this world happy place or miserable place . So there is no point of searching happiness beyond myself , it is not there . it is right within me . How can I stick to this happiness which is not affected by outer world ?
