When I arrived in El Paso my wallet with all my cash, debit cards, ID, everything was stolen. I have hosts who have let me extend my time with them. I need to be here for my new stuff, cards and etc to catch up with me. This is taking time. Too much time but, I am at the mercy of the beuracracies (sp) involved. Heres the really hard part about this. My hosts here will need my room this coming Sunday, the 12th. I have money in my bank account that I cannot access until I get my new debit card. The new debit card will not arrive at my house in Jacksonville until around the 16th and it will be another two or three days after that before it could arrive here in El Paso. I dont have enough cash in hand to move on with the ride to purchase food as I go more then a couple of days which, given the distances out here wont get me from one town to the next. I might be able to reach Las Cruces, NM in two days but then I would be on the street in an area that does not allow you to just pitch your tent and hang around. I would soon be picked up as a vagrant. I appreciate that some of you have gone ahead and put funds in my gofundme account but, I cannot access that money without a debit card. What I truly need for the moment is any contributions to help me get over till my next social security check is for the money to be put on my hosts PayPal so she can withdraw it immediately for me and I really need you to share this message to your wall on facebook so this gets the widest distribution possible and lowers the dollar impact to each of you individually.
