When I called Hatfield VW, which Id heard is the best dealer for service (now that Garrett left Byers), to schedule the fuel pressure reprogramming recall job on my 09 Tiguan I also told them I need to buy a new key+fob and have it cut and programmed while I am there. I arrive to find they have to order the key from VW pre-cut, and hadnt done so, so no key. Then they took over 90 minutes to update the software, and when I finally got out of there and pulled into traffic the Engine light came on, in my car which has NEVER had a CEL. I mave have to go back to Mk1s and doing all my own work
