When I compare myself to other people, I fail every time. But I am pretty pumped on my personal progress in a lot of areas. One measurable area is CrossFit - tonight I did a 5 rep max deadlift at 215# and a 15 minute workout with 48 chest to bar pull-ups, 16 deadlifts at 185#, 36 hand stand push-ups, and 16 pistols, all Rx. And, I walked on my hands for six full steps before class - the third day I have attempted this! I have a long way to go if I want to be truly competitive, but it feels good to see progress, even if compared to other people I fall short!
