When I created the Valslide, I didnt have plans to create a movement or a new fitness category but that is what happened and there is no going back. Celebrities, athletes, coaches, trainers, yoga/pilates teachers and exercise enthusiasts everywhere, love the Valslide. It thrills me to see videos and pics popping up all over the place. Yes, some inexperienced trainers think they can substitute paper plates but it is not the same experience. Not too mention, I cant imagine showing up to one of my clients and whipping out some plates. The Valslide is specially formulated to be super slick, so the moves are smooth.
