When I cut bread out of my diet the weight falls off... There is no doubt reducing dense fast energy releasing carbohydrates from our diet leads to fat loss (and for a lot of us the results are pretty quick!). So why dont we all do it? Because most of us really enjoy carbohydrate foods (probably too much!). Saying that we dont need to completely eliminate carbohydrates from out diet but just choose the right ones and eat them at the right time of the day. Heres a much more nutritious (3-minute & simple) meal than the boring lunch sandwich, one my body will be happier metabolising and lead to high energy, health and fat burning (and it was delicious!).
