When I feel like going back to my old diet, I think of Mathew McConaughey. He is my hope and inspiration to gain the weight back. He lost a lot of weight to film a movie. He was eating pretty much the same diet I was eating to lose the weight I did. People say the same thing about me being so thin. I can see it and understand it. It is just hard because my brain chemistry is so out of whack right now. I just have to have faith and keep pushing myself to eat and move forward with faith.
