When I find myself in a difficult situation, I pray to God to figure out what He wants me to do, like most people would. But Ive realized that far too often most Christians, including myself (get it cuz my name), pray for understanding and not confusion. Im not talking about wanting to be confused in the current situation we might find ourselves in. But rather, really being confused by and being in awe of Gods great and unfailing love for us. I know that I take Christs sacrifice for granted more than I should. But when I really take the time to think about it, I confuse myself. At the same time though, Gods love becomes more apparent, more beautiful, and I draw closer to Him. And at the end of the day, thats all Jesus calls us to do; to be in communion with Him.
