When I first decided to conceive my baby back in 2011, I was uncertain about many things. I basically walked into the unknown and with each moment, I grew into the realization that theres so much that I dont know. I was a first time parent afterall. I gave birth to my baby in 2012 and gave her a name that represented my vision for her life. I planned to use her life to create change in the African continent. I had specific dreams for her life but as she grew, I realised that her life was going in a different direction than I planned but yet the vision was still the same. If I dont give her freedom to evolve and live according to her potential, then Ill be compromising her success and growth. Her name is African Brew events and publication. She has a vision of Brewing young African minds because she understands that the only way the African continent can positively change is if young minds are EMPOWERED. She dreams of an Africa where young people THINK LIKE INVESTORS, THINK LIKE GROWTH ENTREPRENEURS AND THINK LIKE LEADERS. I thought I knew her well but she surprises me every now and then when she tells me of WHERE SHE IS HEADED AND WHAT SHES CAPABLE OF. Moral of my story: Allow your idea and vision to evolve. FIND THE CAUSE THAT YOUR COMPANY BRAND STANDS FOR AND FIND DIFFERENT AND BETTER WAYS ON HOW YOU CAN EXPRESS THAT STORY while adding VALUE to your customers or clients lives. Go back to the drawing board and find more ways on how you can expand and spread your brand, youll be surprised and find your baby revealing its true identity to you. DONT FOLLOW YOUR COMPETITORS, introduce a DIFFERENT WAY IN YOUR INDUSTRY!
