When I first returned home after being away from my family for so many years, I had the honor of attending to others in a residential care facility. So many of the residents were left to sit for many, many hours by themselves, forgotten to the world. Shut away from life. I would get reprimanded whenever I was caught singing or humming little tunes to them. Families left them behind...the music as I personally witnessed, brought them to life. Sadly, I was let go and to this day, think of the beautiful spirits left forgotten. So, if you have a loved one, if you have the time to give, share some beautiful sounds with someone. I pray that in time...I am not forgotten. Love one another. Anyone...Someone...
