Four years of a positive work experience changed that. Now Im a lot more confident in myself. Ive come off a string of bad jobs, jobs where I was confident enough to say This much and NO MORE. Coming back, Im feeling incredibly good - I can do the job, Ive done it, I enjoyed it. Im not panicking when swiping badges, or getting criticism. My job ethic came from me on the constant worry that I would be fired if I was anything less than perfect. Now my job ethic is based on I am good at what I do. Im not the worrier or fretter I was before. And even I can see it.
