When I fly through a cafeteria in a mask, flowing cape, and lycra suit plastered with my own logo, vegetables are transformed from a lifeless scoop on a tray to something that’s interesting. When we put effort into making vegetables attractive to kids we are showing them that vegetables are desirable and valuable.
