When I get to Dubai and after I have my first cold beer, I am off to find a nice big juicy medium rare steak or prime rib and baked potato..... and they are going to serve it to me. No standing in lines, no having to show an ID.... they will seat me in a table for only a few people with silverware and napkins. There will be cool water in a glass and a waitress to keep it full for me. The salad will be fresh. Tomorrow I will be taking it easy in Dubai.
