When I got home from my wonderful day I found The Mystic in the Kitchen sitting outside. Inside the dogs had been fed, there was lentil soup on the stove, carrot juice for this morning and more. They are so wonderful for me, having walked me to the Farmer and the Cook twice now. That was my destination I had for when I could walk better. So I have done that, feel so much lighter, and mentally clearer. I do know that it is much better to eat at home. There is not a lot of vegan food available. I missed my routine, but so glad I went to the luncheon in Morrow Bay and met my cousins I hadnt seen for 65 years. I think I shall take it easy today.
