When I joined his team in March 2013, the feedback I got was that I was dull and struggling. But today, he calls me a HIGH-FLYER and involves me in almost all technical decisions he takes. What has changed? I always believed in myself. I did my work not in an extra-ordinary way, but in a way that was OUT OF THE ORDINARY. I went to work very early and left late. I took many technical courses and went through series of trainings. I believed I can do it. I believed I was better than what he saw me to be. I know I am good. Laughs!!!!!!!. You can prove your critics wrong. Always see challenges as an opportunity to unleash the hero in you. Remember, if there are no challenges in life, life becomes dull.
