When I leave The Holt I will wear purple with a Holt scarf And the Holt Badger will accompany me along the drive. But first I will stand on ‘puke’ island and ring The Holt bell And shout obscenities – and think ‘Oh what the hell’. And I shall drink purple nasty, raise my glass in the air And toast all those Holt students who used to live there But for now, I’m remembering those days gone by Of happy days (and sad days) of laughter and tears As I recall memories ……… over all those years…. It isn’t going to be easy when I leave The Holt. But I will wear purple with a Holt scarf And the Holt Badger will accompany me along the drive ................ BUT for tonight folks I am going to drink champagne with a dash of blackcurrant, then have another one or two, or three or four or more Bring it ON HOLTIES xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
