When I left Sierra Leone I was a young boy with three younger brothers and no parents. My mother died when she had my last brother Aladdin, my father pasted short after that. I was 6 when she past, my father did all he could but within 2 months he pasted away leaving me and my brothers to fend for ourselves. It wasnt easy for us, some days we had no food or water and some days we were chased by Muslims. Wars and riots raged on outside, when this happened elders came and brought us to their homes. When I turned 18 my village sponsored me with a flight and some extra cash for me to fly to Canada. They did this because I had the highest grades in grade school and because they thought I could come back and help the village and also make a better life for my brothers by bringing them to Canada. Everyday Im a step closer to flying back and helping the village and bringing my brothers to Canada. Love you all and thank you to the village, and Ill be home soon brothers
