When I look at these two women (me) I see a journey that I cannot even begin to explain in one post. As September approaches, I remember the promises I used to make to myself when I was 70 pounds heavier (4 years ago)...not only weight on the outside, but so much baggage I was carrying around on the inside. Looking back it pains me to know that women are going through a personal journey that I went through...Years and Years of lying to myself and broken promises that this would be the year of change. I would promise every Monday that I would start my diet, I would exercise, lose weight and keep that New Years Resolution I hadnt even started. YOU can look and feel like the woman you want to be; but it has to start on the inside. A commitment to change your lifestyle, not just for a day, month or year. No more broken promises to yourself. Just because everyone else around you lives the lifestyle you hate right now...doesnt mean you have to live it and accept it. Change who you hang out with!
