When I look back, I feel motivated even to work harder and also help others in this venture- the days when I used to walk 10 km to karura because I had no fare,a small plot I was given by a Good Samaritan to farm, back at home in Nakuru, I had rabbits, thats where the idea of kaka sungura farm came from- I reached a point, I also doubted what I was doing, with a degree, my friends had stable jobs and here I was, selling my produce in town, being branded a shamba boy- Ive learnt a lot, those who really dedicate themselves in whatever they do will get somewhere- mistakes, failures are part of the learning process, but hope is vital- I help clients manage their farms,- advocate for modern farming methods, I also set up greenhouse and drip system, offer Agro support, and with a dynamic team we do farm management to clients!
