When I met Shannon-Emily Mariani, I said to him, are we always going to watch baseball, its boring. 10 years later, I am a Yankees fan, have the upmost respect for Derek Jeter, and all three of our boys came home in Yankees outfits from the hospital. Its amazing how sports teams can become a part of your life. We pass this love to our children as well, another generation of Yankees fans. What an emotional time it will be when Jeter says goodbye. Thank you for being such a positive role model to the world, and to three little Mariani boys. ♡ PS. This is genuine. He had the freedom to do what he wanted with this commercial. He chose to go out and see all those people. Such a good man.
