When I moved in my house in 1999 the couple who sold me the house left a piece of paper stating that a duplicate of my house was in a 1937 film called The Perfect Speciman with Errol Flynn and Joan Blondell. Well true enough because my dear friend Susan Gardner Scotts step Dad found the movie and there is my house. The side porch is flopped to the other side but its the exact same house. FYI its the 2nd home in the film NOT the big grand one but he Cape Cod style one. Supposedly it was originally a house in Hollywood used for the location. And Ive always wanted a picket fence around my house and in the film it has one. In fact Errol Flynn drives through it and thats how he meets Joan Blondell.
