When I opened the door this morning to drive my son to school, this divine young bird was nearly at my front door. He stopped me in my tracks and for a moment go with and look at my shadow self. What is it i fear and perceive. I understand change is difficult but I acknowledge and am grateful for the hardships in my life as I know I would not be in the position I am in or have met some of the most amazing souls, if I hadnt confronted my shadows. I am constantly working on my shadow self and the roadblocks i face. I know these are life lessons but they definitely make me wiser, more intuitive, a better mother and teacher and ultimately more empowered as a soul.
