When I repotted my AVs this summer, I put them back in the same sized pots (4) that theyd been in. When I did this though, some of them were suckers Id removed and some had to be treated as a plant that had either grown spindly or had some root rot. This resulted in smaller plants that I began with. All are doing well, but Im afraid theyre now in pots too large for them. Should I repot them into smaller pots... say 2? Some of these plants are 3-5 across. If I need to do this, what can I use for pots, as none of the garden centers near us have 2 plastic pots. I can find small clay pots, but have been told these arent good for AVs. Thanks
