When I resigned from my last #MLM, I had a handful of leaders from my team stay. One of the top leaders bashed us and our decision to leave. Well now he left for some other company too. Moral to the story, dont attack someones decision that has more experience than you do. Just because someone decides to pursue a new venture doesnt mean theyre a quitter or crazy. There are many opportunities out there and not everyone is right for every company. Not to mention companies change and so do people. If you see someone make a decision to go elsewhere the best thing you can do is wish them the best of luck and worry about yourself and your team only. This is sometimes easier said than done but now this person has lost significant credibility and has people contacting us completely confused and unsure of what to do. I know weve all been guilty of this at some point including myself. This is why we all have to work together in this community of network marketing and encourage each other. At the end of the day life is too short to be worrying about what everyone else is doing and take the time to bash someone else for doing whats best for their family. One last thing is I know some people will say well John you have bashed your old company. If my leaders and I were never attacked in the first place we would have kept quiet.
