When I saw the now infamous Coke commercial during the Super Bowl, my first reaction was, Why would they make all those other countries sing such an explicitly American song?! Coke typically has a more global perspective so I was pretty confused. Then someone pointed out that its because all these other nationalities are in America and it made sense. America is beautiful because of our diversity and people should be able to bring their cultures and languages here. Yes, English is how we primarily communicate. But its pretty freaking cool to hear that song in another language :)
