When I say I wont hurt you its a promise which can and will be kept... But it does not come from me without a breakdown of what this means.... It does not mean we will never disagree nor does it mean that you will always like everything which I say or do!! It does not mean that you will never hurt yourself by behaving in a way which is damaging to a relationship or by behaving in a way which would ultimately result in my withdrawal from your life!! What it does mean is that I can promise all that I expect in terms of loyalty, honor and respect.... It means I am faithful... It also means that I will not intentionally or carelessly behave in a way which causes upset or doubt.... It means at the lowest level You will break these terms before I do.... Communication is essential.... Trust is paramount..... Be completely honest and dont make promises that you cant keep!! Thats all.... So she spoke again as if he hadn’t just shattered her promise and her security, her house of glass now lay in a pile of shards!! I Have learned the hard way to never love someone beneath my own level of evolution.... If you want a monkey, snake or weasel I can visit one at any zoo!!! Broken promises dont upset me as much as that i actually believed them as well as the person!!!! So if I cut you off then It was because YOU handed them to me or chose to put them in my back!!!!! For a long time I tried to manage an honesty and openness in regard to my personal life, because Im human and Im normal... Well at least semi-normal..... But Im honest and if I give you my word its a bond for LIFE!!!!! Other wise youre just another one and done... No Promises no looking back!!! Once Im Done That Too Is For Life.... I dont need o hold my hand over a flame to prove it will hurt... Broken promises are The worst kind Whether they come from our President Or Our Partners!!!! Ya know the more I have studied Lincoln the more I have followed his thought processes!!! And the more I am convinced that he understood leadership, credibility and standing firm to his word better than any other American president!!!!
